Based on the customer’s project, after analyzing all possibilities and limitations of the object, taking into account the norms, rules and requirements for the location of the object, we develop an architectural concept for the best use of the building or complex with the most optimal technical and economic indicators acceptable for construction.
The architectural concept will contain:
• explanatory note with initial data;
• scheme of planning organization of the land plot;
• sections of the building;
• volumetric-spatial solution;
• outline studies, facades;
• floor plans.
Working on the project, DesignProf specialists will calculate resources, equipment and staff, discuss the development with the customer and identify the best option. Creating an architectural concept, we will develop space-planning solutions and style directions, make a visualization of the object, select the main equipment (if necessary), determine the quality and regulatory requirements for construction, design schemes, technical and economic indicators, including area, number of storeys and etc.
